Message statuses refer to you'd like your team to address a certain message.
There are four statuses messages can be divided into:
Open: Conversation where the customer was the last person to respond.
Done for Now: Conversation that was last responded to by user.
Ignored: Conversation is spam or marketing.
Unsubscribed: Client has indicated that they would no longer wish to be contacted.
To move a conversation between statuses, locate the status menu at the bottom on the page and change the selection.
