Set up an email address to start messaging your clients.
We recommend connecting 1 address per store or a separate [email protected] or [email protected] address. Note that any email you connect will have the entire inbox imported and be visible to all users with access to that channel.
- Click on the compass icon on the left-hand side of your dashboard. Select Connect under Connect an Email Address.
2. Click New > Setup a New Email.
4. Follow the prompts to connect an email address.
