Set up an email address to start messaging your clients. 

We recommend connecting 1 address per store or a separate [email protected] or [email protected] address. Note that any email you connect will have the entire inbox imported and be visible to all users with access to that channel. 

  1. Click on the compass icon on the left-hand side of your dashboard. Select  Connect under Connect an Email Address. 

2. Click New > Setup a New Email. 

4. Follow the prompts to connect an email address.
