Endear offers a variety of notifications for each of its platforms: 

User Invitations: 

  • Users will be notified when you send them an invitation
  • Admins will be notified when invites have been accepted and accounts have set up

Tasks 

  • Users are notified when they have been assigned a task 

Client Messages 

  • Users are notified when a client responds to their message 
  • Channel managers are notified when a message that is not assigned to any users is received 
  • Channel managers are notified when a client's message has not been answered for over 48 hours

Reminders

  • Users will receive an email at the date and time they set their reminder for
