Send messages via e-mail or text to one or many of the contacts in your clients list. 

Customers will not know that a message has been sent to multiple recipients; a message looks like it was sent exclusively to them and each customer's response will create a separate thread in your Arthur inbox. 

  1. Compose a new email or SMS message. 

2. Click "Recipients" to open your contacts list.

3. Filter or search for the clients you want to contact, then select the recipients for the message and click "insert clients."

4. To remove a recipient, click the X next to their name.
