If a customer requests that they not be contacted about a specific conversation, a user can stop further notifications. 

1. Open the conversation within the chat section.

2. Locate the conversation status pop-up menu at the bottom of the message. Change the selection to "unsubscribed"

Note: This will only unsubscribe a customer from a specific e-mail channel. They may still receive other alerts/notifications about conversations with users using different channels.
