When you enter into the Chat app, your window will automatically open on your Open tab of messages where customers were the last to respond. You can treat this inbox as a to-do list.
Use the menu at the top-left of the page where Conversations are the default option to locate your drafts and templates.
You can use the Compose button to craft an email or text.
Actions enables you to adjust settings of your account, such as your signature & notifications.
Lastly, Channels will enable you to toggle between the messages you've received across different e-mail addresses and phone numbers yo have access to.
