Searches can be applied within specific tabs or across all messages. Results will be based on the content of your messages and their subject lines. If you'd like to locate messages by other details such as recipients or participants, use filters instead.
To begin a search:
Locate the search bar in your Chat platform and enter your search term. By default, this will search your Open messages (messages where customers were the last to respond).
To search entire inbox, select "all" above the search bar.
To search templates or drafts (instead of conversations) select the drop-down men above the messages.
