When a customer responds to a message, you will also receive an email with the content of their message. You can reply directly to the customer by clicking the Reply button within your email account and writing your response in your email provider or you can click the link within your notification to be taken to your conversation with the customer and respond in Endear.

When responding to a message notification, instead of showing your personal email, the email address linked to your Endear account will be displayed.
