When you enter the Messaging module, you are automatically brought to your locations Conversations inbox. (Learn more about how your team inbox works.) This is where you can compose a new message or reply to an existing thread.

This page is divided into different sections to help you stay better organized. Note: Sections only appear when there are messaging threads in them. These sections are organized using the status of your messages, whether or not you are a participant, and other inbox filters

  • Awaiting Your Response: Message threads in this section are messages that you are a participant of and have a status of open.
  • Open: Message threads in this section are other messages within your location with a status of open that you are not a participant of.
  • Recommended Follow-up: Message threads in this section were recently clicked or opened by the customer, but do not have a status of open.
  • Recently Converted: Message threads in this section are with customers who recently purchased an item after receiving their most recent message.
  • All Conversations: This is all Message threads from your location.
