To add a tag to an individual customer:

  1. From the customer's main profile page, click the + Add button under the Tags section.

2. From the drop-down menu, search, select, or create a new tag.
3. To create a new tag, simply type it into the search bar and the checkbox to select it will appear.
4. You can select or create multiple tags from this menu. Click Done when complete.

To remove a tag for an individual customer:

  1. From the customer's main profile page, click the X next to the tag you want to remove under the Tags section.

To add a tag for multiple customers:

  1. Pull up a saved segment or create a filtered list of relevant customers.
  2. Check the box above the list of customers to select all.

3. Click More Actions and select Bulk Edit from the drop down.

4. Select Add Tags from the drop-down menu.

5. Search, select, or add a new tag.
6. To create a new tag, simply type it into the search bar and you will see the option to select it appear.
7. You can select or create multiple tags from this menu. Click Update when complete.

To remove a tag for multiple customers:

  1. Follow steps 1-3 for adding a tag for multiple customers above.
  2. Select Remove Tags from the drop down.
  3. Search or select the tags you want to remove. Click Update when complete.
