After sending a message to a customer, the newly created thread will appear in your inbox under the Messaging module. If the customer responds to your message, the thread with the customers reply will now appear under the Awaiting My Response section. Learn more about how the sections in your inbox work.

You will also receive an email message notification when anyone responds to your messages with the content of the customer's message.
