There are 2 reasons why a customer's purchase might not show in your Sales report:
- Sales don't update in real-time and may take up to an hour to appear. If you still believe a sale is missing that should appear, feel free to reach out to us.
- The sale happened more than 30 days after the customer received a message.
- The channel through which the customer purchased is not connected to Endear.
If you believe a sale should have been reported, you can verify the details of the purchase from the customer's profile page. If the sale should have been attributed to an associate, you can manually add the sale to your Sales report.
